GLOBAL OUTREACH BANQUET
Dear mission Partner,
Shirley and I greet you in the Name of the Lord Jesus. We trust all is well with you during these months of lockdown!
May we say first, how the ministry has appreciated those of you who have continued your regular and faithful giving at this COVID-19 time, when so many have had to hold off because of financial constraints. God bless you! In recent months, across Canada, many of our older substantial donors have gone Home to their reward and are deeply missed, also causing a donor decline.
BANQUET INFORMATION
Finally, we can confirm the arrangement for the October Fellowship Support Evening. With the many restrictions for public gatherings because of COVID-19, it has been necessary to delay your Complimentary Invitation to the annual Mission’s Challenge Banquet.
This year, with number capacity restrictions, in order to have the dinner, we are required to have two separate dinner events. We have been assured the meal will be served in compliance to government regulation and with social distancing. These functions will be held at the following location and on these dates:

We had to delay this letter to be sure there could be a banquet this year. May we ask you to please reply promptly if you can honor us with your presence at either event. The number at each is limited. If you have an evening / noon preference, please reserve as soon as is convenient for you. Some may have a noon preference because of night driving difficulty. Others may prefer the evening event because of work or scheduling issues.
INVITE A GUEST
Please invite your friends to join you who have a heart for missionary work around the world. We build strength as the support team grows and stands with us in reaching the lost. Please pray earnestly with us that these two events will strengthen the support base that has reduced drastically since February when the COVID-19 devastated normal donations.

HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR COMING
List – Your name and phone number -Total number in your party. Include your guest’s names and phone
number, to facilitate confirmation and registration upon arrival.

If your choice of event is over booked, we may need to ask you to consider the alternate date, as space will
fill on a ’first come’ basis. This event is also subject to government regulations and details may be changed
as determined by regulations at the event time. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Your
prayer at this difficult time for this ministry is deeply appreciated.
We understand that it may not be convenient for you to attend because of distance, schedule or COVID-19
health concerns. In that event, as a valued Mission Team Partner your love, prayers and continuing monthly
or one-time support is needed at this critical time. Your investment in missions will enable the ministry to
continue the many projects that are presently in various stages of completion. These projects are listed on
globalcanada.org, web page.
SPECIAL WORSHIP TEAM
Our thanks again to Marcus and Cathy Unger who will be ministering in song and leading worship at both
events. We thank them for the years they have blessed us and led us deeper into His presence with their
anointed ministry.
FUTURE PROPOSED MINISTRY
Shirley and I stand ready to continue our work overseas the moment all restrictions are safely lifted. Not
just lifted in Canada, but in other countries we travel to. For instance, we may leave Canada now but be
quarantined in the other country for fourteen days before commencing ministry, at a considerable cost. The
health risk at our age is also greater, sitting shoulder to shoulder for 12 or 14 hours together with 300/400
others (no social distancing) on planes.
We have provisionally scheduled to leave for overseas on Oct. 27th. subject to COVID-19 conditions. Please
pray that we may move only in His will, and for His glory.
